House Rules
* All bookings require a photo of a government-issued ID be sent to the host via the platform messaging. The ID must belong to the person booking. The platforms, as well as property insurance, do not allow 3rd-party bookings (making a reservation for someone else). If ID is not received within 48 hours of booking, the reservation will be canceled.
* Insurance requires that the first and last names of each guest staying overnight, as well as their age, be listed / sent to the host (this is for emergency services purposes).
* Smoking inside property: $300 fee.
* Unauthorized animals fee: $50 per animal, per night.
* The city has restrictions on short-term rentals that prohibits parties and events. Breaking this rule could cost me my operating license. $300 fine per event.
* If the cleaners have to clean up any bio-hazard (blood, vomit, urine, feces, etc), there is a $250 fee.
* Altering / unplugging entertainment items or other electronics, resulting in them not working for next guest: $60 fee to redo setup.
* Missing remotes: $20 each
